Please check the following if you are having issues and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you still cannot log in.
- Your username is usually your email.
- If you are a new student you need to set your own password before you can log in.
- Please make sure cookies are enabled!
- We recommend using a computer, laptop or tablet to watch your online classes. They are still viewable on mobile but if you are having issues we would recommend trying a different device.
- If you are having issues loading pages, try using a different internet browser (we recommend Chrome).
- If your class isn't showing in your dashboard after purchase, try logging out and back in again.
- Try resetting your password.
