Every so often we have students email us who are having trouble logging in so we've put together the most common issues and some possible fixes. Please read below and let us know if you continue to have issues logging in.
- Your username is your email.
- Passwords are case sensitive, please copy and paste the password we sent you exactly as it is written with no extra spaces.
- We recommend using a computer, laptop or tablet to watch your online classes. They are still view-able on mobile but if you are having issues we would recommend trying a different device.
- If you are having issues loading pages, try using a different internet browser (we recommend Chrome).
- If your class isn't showing in your dashboard after purchase, try logging out and back in again.
